LASC Ceases to Provide ADR Services
As you may already know the Los Angeles Superior Court was forced to close its ADR department and will stop accepting referrals to the Party Select and Random Select (Pro Bono) Panels for arbitrations, mediations, neutral evaluations, and voluntary settlement conferences from civil, family, and probate courtrooms. You may read more about it here.
In light of this, Right Triangle Mediation will provide you with a special rate for mediation services.
3 hours of Mediation Service for $250 for the Entire Process.
Any civil case between two parties held at either the plaintiff’s or the defendant’s office within 15 mile radius from Right Triangle Mediation. No administration fee. No travel fee.
If the parties require a neutral location, our offices are available for an additional $200 for three hours.
We hope this can bring a little relief to you and your clients as well as provide everyone with an opportunity for dispute resolution they deserve.
